This is against own policy of applicant: "Any source documents used in the fact check need to be annotated and uploaded to sourceAfrica, including any additional useful data identified in the process of fact-checking."        

That article is based on just one source: the bank itself says it's not closing 22 branches, as if this would be a fact. The bank says, the majority shares are held by a Dutch bank, Rabobank with some others,  it's not closing the branches from  14th October 2019 on, but according to their OWN press release, they maybe do that later, check https://www.facebook.com/dfcugroup/posts/2368839653382194 

"dfcu Bank has a network of 63 branches spread across the country. As we communicated at this year’s Annual General meeting in June, the Bank is in the process of implementing its digital strategy to drive better customer experience, improve efficiency and align its operations with emerging trends in the financial sector. This calls for continuous rationalisation of branch operations and redesigning of the Branch model"

We urge the fact checker to not use the source denying the rumour, but find more sources, as they did in several other stories.
