Mafindo provided a specific link for its financial report that directly open the googledocs. Prior to the correspondence (see annex I), the financial report had very limited information but Mafindo improved the report. In the notary act, it is written clearly that initial funding provided by Mafindo founders. Mafindo can improve its financial report by making a friendlier version of financial report for regular readers to read. 

Due to the nature of our work (debunking sensitive fake news related to faith, politics, etc), quite a lot of our volunteers have receive threats. Some have even got threatened in person. Therefore we have verbally allowed our fact-checkers who wishes to be anonymous, and let their work to speak for themselves. (meritocracy principle) In relation to that, we try to minimize publications about our detailed identity. Mafindo put the name of writers but does not provide link to the writers. Though when Mafindo put in facebook, profile of each writer is shown in its own facebook page.

In the web, Mafindo does not provide complaint procedure.
